Details on pricing, payment methods and shipping

Pricing

Payment

  • Offered payment methods

  • Total price
    can be determined in our E-Shop by adding an item to the cart and selecting → destination country → payment method → shipping&handling.

    To estimate the total price in another currency than EURO €, select a destination country and click on the total price value in the shopping cart summary view. Buyers from countries that use different currency get the total price in EUR € converted into their local currency at checkout.
  • Notice for buyers outside European Union
    Please be advised that you may have to pay import taxes on top of the total purchase price. Please visit your customs' information website to determine if any additional import charges will be imposed on the product, as the regulations and rules regarding importing goods depend on the country of destination. In any case we ship the package with a low declared total price, so it should clear the customs without any additional fees and charges.


Shipping

    Shipping costs can be determined in our E-Shop by adding an item to the cart and selecting → destination country → payment method → shipping&handling.

  • Carriers & services
    • National Post
      Packages are shipped via a national post (destination carrier is usually customer's national post).

      Offered post services:
      • economy (for countries in European Union only, no tracking information available)
      • registered (tracking information available, provided via notification email on shipping day)
      Both services have the same shipping duration.

    • Other
      Expedited services of other carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) are not offered due to high sevice cost (Estimated cost based on DHL pricing for destinations in Europe: ~70€, Outside Europe: ~120€).

    Packages are shipped within 5 working days after receiving a cleared payment. If the product is out of stock, the package will be shipped within 5 working days after product restock.


Return policy

  • effective period is 14 days after receiving the item
  • item (excluding shipping) will be refunded after receiving it on our side
  • buyer must provide order number or full name used in order or device ID (OBD xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx)
  • buyer pays return shipping (tracked mail is recommended to avoid possible issues with the package return)


Warranty policy

  • effective period is 2 years from date of sale
  • item will be repaired and shipped back to buyer for free
  • buyer must provide order number or full name used in order or device ID (OBD xx:xx:xx:xx:xx:xx)
  • buyer is required to return the defective item back to us
  • buyer pays return shipping (tracked mail is recommended to avoid possible issues with the package return)
  • in case the returned item will be in fully working order (false warranty claim), the buyer will be required to pay re-shipping fee
