Warranty policy

Effective Period: 2 years from date of sale

Requirement: A photo of the item showing the serial number for order identification.

Option 1: Device Replacement

Receive a replacement unit and keep your current device.

  • Cost: Nominal fee of 9.99 EUR (free shipping) or FREE if you purchased the item with Premium Replacement Service.
  • Terms: Available once per device during the warranty period. The original unit will be flagged as non-working.

Option 2: Free Repair

Send your device to our European service center for repair.

  • Shipping: Buyer pays for tracked shipping to us. We cover the repair and return shipping costs.
  • Customs: Include a CN22 declaration if required to ensure delivery.
  • Note: If the device is found to be in full working order, a re-shipping fee will apply.

If your country is not listed above, you must include the CN22 customs declaration. The declaration form can be obtained at your post office (use the provided example to fill out the declaration) and must be included with the shipment (usually as a sticker placed beside the shipping label).
