- the item will be repaired and shipped back to buyer for free
- buyer is required to send the defective item to repair service address (based in Europe) and include CN22 customs declaration, if required, to avoid issues with the receipt on our side
- buyer pays return shipping (tracked mail is recommended to avoid possible issues with the package return)
- in case the returned item will be in fully working order (will be deemed as false warranty claim), the buyer will be required to pay a re-shipping fee (in accordance to Re-shipping policy) before the item will be shipped back
- buyer is eligible to request a replacement item for nominal fee (9.99 EUR) and keep the defective item, which will be flagged as "not working" and deactivated

If your country is not listed above, you must include the CN22 customs declaration. The declaration form can be obtained at your post office (use the provided example to fill out the declaration) and must be included with the shipment (usually as a sticker placed beside the shipping label).
