  • European Union
    Orders from the customers residing in countries that are a part of the European Union are unlimited in terms of ordered quantity, if the shipment can be insured (up to €500), otherwise a quantity limit (same as for the rest of the world) will be applied.
  • Rest of the world
    Orders from the customers residing in other countries are limited to a certain maximum allowed quantity per single order, which is based on our previous experience with the delivery to a particular destination. The majority of countries are limited to 2 units per order, however some destinations, with reliable postal services, are limited to 5 units per order. Nevertheless, the customers are allowed to place multiple orders, which will be shipped separately, mitigating financial losses, should a shipment get lost in the transit.   • Total price
    Total price can be determined in our E-Shop. Total price will be automatically converted to customer's currency and displayed in the cart view, however this value has only an informative character and may slightly differ from the actual charged value at the payment processing gateway.
  • Notice for buyers outside European Union
    Please be advised that you may have to pay import taxes on top of the total purchase price. Please visit your customs' information website to determine if any additional import charges will be imposed on the product, as the regulations and rules regarding importing goods depend on the country of destination. In any case we ship the orders with a low declared total price, so it should clear the customs without any additional fees and charges.

    We ship worldwide. Please contact us if your country is not listed in the E-Shop to find out if we're able to send a shipment to your country at the present time.
  • Costs
    Shipping costs can be determined in our E-Shop. The Free shipping (via a registered service) is automatically available if the ordered quantity exceeds a set threshold.
  • Carriers & services
    • National Post
      Packages are shipped via a national post (destination carrier is usually customer's national post).

      Offered post services:
      • economy (European countries only, no tracking information available)
      • registered (tracking information available, provided via a notification email when shipped)
      Both services have the same shipping duration.

    • Other
      Expedited services of other carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) are not offered due to high sevice cost (Estimated cost based on DHL pricing for destinations in Europe: ~70€, Outside Europe: ~120€).

    The orders are usually shipped within 5 working days after receiving a cleared payment. If the product is out of stock, the order will be shipped within 5 working days after product restock. The exact shipping date can be found in the payment confirmation email. Shipment tracking information (for registered shipping method only), estimated delivery time, deadline and other instructions for your shipment will be provided via email when the order is shipped.

Undelivered order policy

  • buyer must contact us within 6 months from the day of shipping in case the order was not delivered
  • if the shipment has been in transit for unreasonably long time we'll open a claim and provide further instructions
  • if the buyer contacts us after 6 months from the day of shipping, a claim on undelivered shipment can not be opened with the carrier, thus we won't be able to provide any further help
  • buyer is responsible for the shipping address correctness, we do not take any responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses, once the order is shipped the address can not be updated! (if the package returns due to incorrect (insufficient/non-existent) address, it will be treated according to our re-shipping policy)
    • Buyers from Brazil must follow the status of the shipment via a tracking number provided by email when the order is shipped (check your email spam folder and contact us if no shipment tracking email is received within 24 hours after the order is shipped, the shipping date is provided via the order confirmation email). When the shipment arrives in Brazil (approx. 1-2 weeks from the date of posting, so please ignore the first tracking status update showing "Necessidade de apresentar documentação ou complementar informação" when the shipment has just departed the country of origin, it's a system glitch that keeps showing for all shipments) the shipment may be selected for closer inspection by the customs, indicated by the status changing to "Objeto selecionado para conferência pela autoridade competente" or "PR, Necessidade de apresentar documentação ou complementar informação", in such case buyers have to go to "my imports" on the correios.com.br website and upload the requested documentation (contact us for an invoice). After the customs clear the shipment the status will change to "Aguardando pagamento do despacho postal", in this case buyers must pay a postal fee within a time frame of ~4 weeks. In either case, failing to comply will result in return of the shipment, indicated by the status "payment deadline closed", or other reasons stated. Should that be the case we won't accept any claim on undelivered shipment, nor will we refund or send a second shipment to the buyer. Nevertheless, when the shipment returns (may take several months) we'll contact the buyer to arrange re-shipping according to the re-shipping policy for unclaimed orders.     • Buyers from Canary Islands must select "Spain - Canary Islands" as their shipping country, not "Spain". Otherwise the order will be shipped without necessary customs documentation and will be returned. In such case the order will be subjected to the re-shipping policy due to "insufficient/non-existent address".

Re-shipping policy

  • if a shipped order returns with one of the following reasons: {"unknown address", "unclaimed", "moved", "refused"(without us instructing you to refuse the shipment), "insufficient/non-existent address"}(case 1), including returned orders for repair that fall under {"false warranty claim"}(case 2), we will ship the item again only after the buyer provides us with valid shipping address and pays a
    re-shipping fee = (order processing fee, fixed €1.0) + (shipping, varies) + (import duties - if applicable, varies)
  • in case 1, if the buyer does not pay the re-shipping fee within 7 days from notice or requests cancellation, we will cancel the order and refund a partial price of the order, calculated as follows:
    refunded amount = (order total) - (restocking fee, 10% of item total) - (payment processing fee, varies) - (shipping, varies) - (import duties - if applicable, varies)
  • in case 2, order cancellation and refund is not applicable

Return policy

  • effective period is 14 days after receiving the item
  • buyer must contact us before returning the item and provide the order number or a device serial number
  • buyer pays return shipping (tracked mail is recommended to avoid possible issues with the return)
  • the order (excluding shipping cost and payment fee) will be refunded after receiving the item on our side
