European Union
Orders from the customers residing in countries that are a part of the European Union are unlimited in terms of ordered quantity, if the shipment can be insured (up to €500), otherwise a quantity limit (same as for the rest of the world) will be applied.Rest of the world
Orders from the customers residing in other countries are limited to a certain maximum allowed quantity per single order, which is based on our previous experience with the delivery to a particular destination. The majority of countries are limited to 2 units per order, however some destinations, with reliable postal services, are limited to 5 units per order. Thank you for your understanding.

Packages are shipped via a national post (destination carrier is usually customer's national post).

Expedited services of other carriers (DHL, FedEx, UPS, etc.) are not offered due to high sevice cost (Estimated cost based on DHL pricing for destinations in Europe: ~70€, Outside Europe: ~120€).

The orders are usually shipped within 5 working days after receiving a cleared payment. If the product is out of stock, the order will be shipped within 5 working days after product restock. The exact shipping date can be found in the payment confirmation email. Shipment tracking information (for registered shipping method only), estimated delivery time, deadline and other instructions for your shipment will be provided via email when the order is shipped.
Undelivered order policy
- buyer must contact us within 6 months from the day of shipping in case the order was not delivered
- if the shipment has been in transit for unreasonably long time we'll open a claim and provide further instructions
- if the buyer contacts us after 6 months from the day of shipping, a claim on undelivered shipment can not be opened with the carrier, thus we won't be able to provide any further help
- buyer is responsible for the shipping address correctness, we do not take any responsibility for incorrect or incomplete addresses, once the order is shipped the address can not be updated! (if the package returns due to incorrect (insufficient/non-existent) address, it will be treated according to our re-shipping policy)
Destination specific policies

1. Shipping Method & Tracking Responsibility
- Service Level: Orders are dispatched via International Economy Mail (Small Packet).
- Monitoring: The Buyer assumes full responsibility for monitoring the shipment via the Correios Portal (https://www.correios.com.br). Tracking numbers are sent via email within 24 hours of shipment.
- Missing Tracking Info: The shipping date is specified in the initial Order Confirmation email. If the Buyer does not receive a separate email containing the tracking number within 24 hours of that stated shipping date, it is the Buyer’s responsibility to contact us immediately to have the necessary tracking number for customs linking.
2. Mandatory Customs Actions
Failure to complete the following steps within 15 days of the package's arrival in Brazil will result in the shipment being refused or destroyed by Receita Federal.
- CPF Linking: The Buyer must log into the Minhas Importações portal (https://portalimportador.correios.com.br) and manually link the tracking number to their CPF (Tax ID) immediately.
- Postal Handling Fee: All international shipments are subject to a R$ 15.00 Despacho Postal fee. This must be paid via the portal mentioned above by the Buyer.
- Import Taxes: The Buyer is responsible for all federal import duties and state taxes. These are not included in the purchase price.
3. Compliance with Anatel and Import Regulations
- Prohibited Terminology: Do not describe the items as "Bluetooth," "Wireless," or "Scanner" in any communication with Correios. These terms trigger Anatel (National Telecommunications Agency) inspections, which require licenses unavailable to individuals, leading to immediate seizure. The official description is "Hondash V4 - Vehicle Diagnostic Tool".
- Condition Declaration: Brazilian law prohibits the import of used consumer goods. All items are dispatched as "New," and the Buyer must declare them as such during clearance.
4. Liability, Returns, and Re-shipments
- Non-Refundable Events: No refunds or free replacements will be issued if a package is returned, seized, or destroyed due to the Buyer’s failure to:
- Link their CPF to the shipment.
- Pay the Postal Handling Fee or Import Taxes.
- Provide any documentation (e.g. invoice) in a timely manner if requested by customs.
- Customs Refusals: In the event of a customs refusal, eligibility for a refund or re-shipment will be judged on a case-by-case basis. To be considered, the Buyer must provide the official statement/notification from customs (available in the previously mentioned portal) explaining the specific reason for the rejection.
- Return Logistics: International returns from Brazil are low-priority and typically take 3 to 6 months to return to Europe. In many cases, economy shipments are abandoned or destroyed by customs rather than returned.
- Re-shipment: If a shipment is successfully returned to us, the Buyer is responsible for all return handling fees and new postage fees before the item is sent a second time. Full policy details: Re-shipping policy.

CANARY ISLANDS
- Buyers from Canary Islands must select "Spain - Canary Islands" as their shipping country, not "Spain". Otherwise the order will be shipped without necessary customs documentation and will be returned. In such case the order will be subjected to the re-shipping policy due to "insufficient/non-existent address".
Re-shipping policy
- if a shipped order returns with one of the following reasons: {"unclaimed", "moved", "refused"(without us instructing you to refuse the shipment), "unknown / inaccessible / insufficient / non-existent address"}(case 1), including returned items for repair that qualify as a {"false warranty claim"}(case 2), we will ship the items again only after the buyer provides us with a valid shipping address and pays a
re-shipping fee = (shipping) + (import duties - if applicable) - (case 1) if the buyer does not pay the re-shipping fee within 7 days from notice (a notification and instructions will be sent to the email address provided in the order), the order will be deemed as settled. The buyer however can contact us in the next 12 months and request reshipment. If the buyer requests cancellation, we will cancel the order and refund a partial price of the order, calculated as follows:

Return policy
